Team Based Consulting is a service that comes alongside leaders and/or their teams in the creation of clarity and direction. This service is provided “in-person,” and is a 2-day commitment.

By the end of two days, we will have a full STRATEGY FRAME and TACTICAL PLAN, as we will have answered these questions together:

  • STRATEGY FRAME
    • Mission – What are we doing?
    • Strategy – How are we doing?
    • Values – Why are we doing?
    • Measures – When are we successful?
  • TACTICAL PLAN
    • Where are we going (10-years, 3-years, 1-year, 90-days)?
    • What are our top objectives in the next 90-days?
